SKL
Hi. I don't know why, but I feel reluctant to lay out my list these days. Feeling kinda queasy, but hopefully it gets better rather than worse. Up in the wee hours doing computer stuff. Got up a bit early to send out some work. Kids needed to be woken 3x. They are not going to bed on time these days. Kid decided to inform me at 7:30am that she used her last pair of school leggings yesterday morning. Will they ever learn? Figured out a fix. Went over kid's math errors on her homework. Kids fed quickly and sent running for the school bus once again. Cleaned the kitchen and some clutter. Made arrangements for the kids' evening class / transportation. Ordered some school clothes. Checked work email and social media. To do: I have tons of "work" work to do. Including a conference call. Ugh. A little reading and housework. Laundry. Kids' work. Read-aloud?

Selkie
We needed a break from the daily grind, so the kids and I went and got sushi for lunch. Since it was a late lunch, I don't have to cook dinner - yeah! Now I have to go dig around in last year's files to find some tax info. MysteryJen
I was distracted by the discovery of mice (ick, ick) in the cabinet underneath the sink. So, cleaned that up, replugged holes that I could see with steel wool and set out traps. Then, distracted by dd2 and her need for a racing suit for sectionals in March. Sounds silly, but have to stay up on these suits-because I will only buy on sale, and her favorite suit has been discontinued. Found one in an acceptable price range for me and acceptable model for her. Ran errands (bank and computer) Now I am pressed for time :willy_nilly: Must do: dinner in crock pot check for tennis judo gi hanging general pick up get life together get kids where they need to be

Selkie
UPS just delivered a 30# bag of puppy food from Amazon. It was in a huge box - you could have stacked four bags of food in it - and randomly scattered in the box were eight big rolls of plastic bags. Each roll is about the size of a paper towel roll. So weird! :confused1: The bags are the same size as the ones we use in our kitchen garbage cans, and there must be hundreds of them. I won't need to buy garbage bags for the next few years!
