Pink and Green Mom
Good morning! DH is out of town so the job of making sure DS16 gets out the door in time is my "privilege". I will not yell. I will not yell. I will not yell...... -coffee, lots of coffee -get DS16 out the door -school with DS13 -call insurance and figure out what to do with DS16's car (his windshield got shattered by a foul ball at the game last night) -workout (heavy weight/slow reps legs and shoulders) -laundry -try to get some sun on my legs today (tan fat looks better than pale fat) -library to pick up books -run dishwasher -oldest takes self to baseball from 4-7 -dinner (no earthly idea) -start to pack for weekend baseball tournament on other side of the state (including my own personal travelling bar, LOL) ETA: spent the afternoon lounging by the pool instead of getting through my list. That is what night is for, right?? Edited October 19, 2017 by Pink and Green Mom

MysteryJen
Good morning! No morning practice, so I am up with TJ's chocolate croissants just out of the oven, a huge cup of coffee, and the paper. It should be a smoother sailing sort of day today (at least for me). I plan to knock out a bunch of chores, send a few emails, and go through magazines for recycling. I need to get this house in better shape for winter and un-do some "re-cluttering" dh did over the weekend. To do: dd2 up and out for school ds2 up and out for cc ds3 up and school with me mail a couple of letters/write a couple more chores/laundry start my decluttering in living room jen things? ds3 bike to tennis pick up dd2/practice dh has judo run Have a great day!
MysteryJen
-start to pack for weekend baseball tournament on other side of the state (including my own personal travelling bar, LOL) Out of town meets absolutely require a travelling bar.... I like to find local beer.... Of course, this also requires a good travelling companion!
SKL
Kids are off school today. I think they just woke up. Done: Call with sister re business and personal matters. First cup of coffee. Some reports sent for work. Some personal correspondence. Caught up on social media. To do: More coffee. Tell kids what they need to do before they can have any screen time. Kids are on their own for breakfast & lunch. Work work work. Some exercise and reading. Laundry. Send application for continuing ed credits. TKD - kids want me to try to come too, so I will see about it. Pay bills. Filing. Read-aloud. Kids to bed. More work. Whatever I'm forgetting.

SKL
Well, I got a couple things going. 1) I got my business CPA to agree to do my elderly friend's 2017 tax return. It's going to be a mess between medical costs, house sale, one spouse's death, the other spouse's many disabilities, and documents located who-knows-where due to multiple moves. I just can't do it. At least not confidently. 2) I received my new mattress and it is "expanding" on my bed. The hardest part was opening the box. I also pinned down the "dust ruffle" which is the wrong size for my box spring. Got a load of laundry in, including my sheets, which may or may not fit the new mattress. I'm not supposed to sleep on the mattress for a day or two while it finds its shape.
Pink and Green Mom
Out of town meets absolutely require a travelling bar.... I like to find local beer.... Of course, this also requires a good travelling companion! I cannot stand half the moms on the team - they are so crazy thinking their kids are going to be getting these big league contracts and college scholarships. None of them are really all that. Interestingly enough, it is the moms who are out of control. The dads are all laid back and nice. But I'm sure with your competitive athletes you have dealt with the same stuff. And I LOLed at your DH re-cluttering. I like that term and will need to use it often as it pertains to every male in this house.
