Laura Corin
Most jeans in his size are about 1-2" to short in length. Any ideas or suggestions? TIA The slim sizes often end up in overstocks. Laura
Blue Hen
I find Sears Canyon River Blues SLIM fits my slim guy ---- he's all of 5'3" and 85# fully clothed, he's probable 5-7# lighter than that. (now if only I could weigh so little.)
dirty ethel rackham
Lands' End slims are great for our boys. Not only do they have slims in larger sizes (like size 16), they are cut a little slimmer and they have the hidden adjustable waist! They are the only jeans that work for my 5' 6", 90 lb son! ChristyB in TN
My 14 year old is 6'2" tall. His waist is 30 and his inseam is 35. I order his Levi's from Amazon. I cannot keep him fed, either.
Alisa in Florida
I second the Canyon River Blues Slim. There are several different styles and all of them fit my 13 yr old who is 5' and 70 lbs. Now, if I could just find shirts with sleeves as long as his arms! Sugarfoot
We love Land's End, Too! It sounds like my 12-year-old is about the same size as Laura's son, and these are his favorite jeans, too. They're slim enough to fit, but still have enough "room" in them to allow playing on the floor in comfort. They're also extremely durable and last through wash, after wash, after wash... ThelmaLou
We buy slims from J.C. Penney. They're the Arizona brand.
Suzanne in ABQ
The Gap slims have hidden-elastic, adjustable waists, too. We've had good luck with those. They're pricey, but you can sometimes find them on clearance.
Kim in Appalachia
The Covington brand at sears are nice, and have the adjustable waistbands. Old Navy has slims and adjustable waist bands. Kim
