Joanne Posted February 13, 2009 Share Posted February 13, 2009 The amicus/ad litem assigned to represent the best interest of my son has determined that my son is "just fine" where he is (here, in my home) and his Dad having physical custody is not in his best interest. It's not over, though. Aspects of this will never be over. :glare: Court is Feb. 23. They want a continuance. We want to go to court. Our Judge values the evaluation of the ad litem very highly.
