momtolgd Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 ...where would you be? One of my kids has lost the Wii fit disc only a week after we bought it. We think it was the 2 year old. I have searched everywhere, with no luck. First I was really angry. :mad: Now I'm really upset about it. :sad: Does anyone know if you can just buy the disc anywhere if I don't find it? I don't want to pay for another board. The only thing I can think of is that he put it down the cold air vent in the living room and it rolled. Where does that go??? UGH. Tap Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 a different cd box, under or beside the tv and equipment, in a near by drawer, in their books, under the couch or area rug, in another cd player/disk drive, by the computer, in the toy box, behind the entertainment stand, with the wii fit platform, with other video games..... I'm with you on the vent. My 3yo loves to stick any tiny little thing he can find down the vent. His brother's pokemon cards, lint, tiny pieces of crayon; you know, whatever he can find and will fit. Ugh. ETA: I happened to have ebay open already, so I checked. They do have some, but oh my, they're selling for a lot more than I would've guessed. Those are my only suggestions....good luck. THANK YOU!!! We had looked inside the DVD and VHS player, but didn't think to actually open it up! After reading your suggestion, I went and took it apart, and sure enough Wii Fit and 3 other DVDs were underneath the thing where the DVDs go into. He has been apparently trying to put them into the dvd player by opening the outside of the thing they go into (not correctly) and sliding them in so they actually went under it inside the case. I know that may not make any sense to read it...but the point is it was there! I have been practically pulling my hair out over this since Friday afternoon...I never thought to actually open the player. Thank you so much! :party: I just did 30 minutes of exercise and a body test, and gained back a pound...must have been all the snacking since I was so upset! :blush5: Gotta work hard this week to lose that pound again!
