Carrie12345 Posted July 23 Share Posted July 23 Price change was Thursday, our agent was contacted Saturday, we went over everything Sunday and signed the papers yesterday! We snagged a first time home buying veteran for 2% under my preferred listing price. I know there’s no guarantee what they’ll do long term, but I didn’t have to grapple with a known str investor!
