Teaching3bears
It is a smoothie in a mason jar. Ingredients: banana, unsweetened peanut butter, milk, water. If I made it at 4:00 pm will it still be good tomorrow morning?
Terabith
I don't see why not?
Clemsondana
The banana may brown, but otherwise it should be fine. I make fruit and yogurt parfaits (layered fruit and yogurt) for several days at a time. The texture may change somewhat, but I can't imagine that it would be unsafe. Katy
It will be safe for 3 days, but fruit sometimes changes color when exposed to air.
BarbecueMom
I usually blend leftover smoothie with some ice or frozen fruit the next day to freshen it up a bit. I have no idea how it tastes, because I don't usually drink/eat them, but the kids are fine with it.
prairiewindmomma
It will separate overnight, but you're not in danger of food poisoning.
J-rap
It'll be fine! The color might change and it will separate, but just give it a good stir before you drink it.
