Kanin
Oooh! U Konserve is the BEST by far. They don't leak! The containers are stainless steel, but the lids are good quality plastic. I love them! https://www.ukonserve.com/
madteaparty
I don’t like any of them. But I have used planetbox for many years. Since they came out, basically.(I still have a child in school)
wathe
We've had a set called "kidoo" that have held up for 10 years now. Steel inner bowl with plastic outer shell and lid. Inner and outer bowl separate for cleaning, or for heating in an oven. Lock&lock style lid does not leak. Dividers are removable . I bought mine locally at an Asian grocery chain (T&T). I've found them online here. ETA - I really like them. They've had heavy use. I'll be taking one to work tonight with my supper. Acadie
Another Lunchbots fan here! The Large Trio is the size we like for lunch. It's not cheap, but it's the one I reach for when packing a lunch, and it's going strong after 6 years. For soups or stews that might leak, we use glass ball jars with plastic screw tops. aaplank
We bought a Lunchbots because my daughter watched a bunch of YouTube videos of bento box ideas and this is the one that was used. At first, I was appalled by the price, but now I think it was money well spent. With food allergies, we can't eat out anywhere, and this makes packing food more enjoyable. Here's a link to the Bento Box videos if you're interested.
mommyoffive
I looked at the Lunchbots ones and they said that the compartments leak onto each other. For the price of them that seems nuts.

I'm not about to deal with a zillion individual compartments, though, and I'm not into containers with plastic lids that break and need replacing. It's no big deal for us to use mason jars for the odd juicy or liquidy lunch item, so the Lunchbots work well for us. Theres never a one perfect solution for everyone. :)
