Lanny
I had posted about a previous version of iOS. Now, they have an updated version of iOS and the issue is exacerbated. The problem is bricking phones in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. If you have not upgraded your phone, I suggest you don't... https://www.forbes.com/sites/gordonkelly/2018/12/22/apple-ios-12-1-2-problem-iphone-xs-max-xr-mobile-data-cellular-4g-cannot-load-internet/#2e5c61511985
Rachel
Thanks. I’ve been holding off and was actually about to update it this weekend.
BarbecueMom
Too late. Not a single streaming app was working for me until I updated. Kinda miss my 5S that laughed in the face of updates. 1
Sneezyone
Glad I haven't done it yet. One of my first acts is always to turn off the auto updates.
Pawz4me
I just updated to 12.1.2 a couple of days ago and I’m SO glad I did. My 6s is working better than ever! I hate that others are having problems, though.

I just bought an 8 because we needed the 5S for DH’s number for a kid drop-off/backup phone after his phone washing incident and switch to using primarily a work-issued phone. I have to replace the battery this week in it (I have the kit, but not the time), but other than that it’s still fine. And it was completely okay with me refusing pretty much every update.
