I think this is a good psa! I'm taking away: If it in any way looks like a weapon, bomb etc leave it be! regentrude Posted July 12, 2018 Share Posted July 12, 2018 Having grown up in a place that was on the receiving end of copious WW2 bombings, this was drilled into us since kindergarten: any strange metal object you don't recognize could be unexploded ammunition. Never assume otherwise. What did the woman think this was??? ETA: To put things into perspective: they still remove over 100 TONS of WW2 ammunition in Germany every year.
