ktgrok
Today this happened. All three of these arrived within hours of each other. 1 copy from the library, one used, one new. Oops. Not quite sure how this happened, but obviously I need to stay off amazon late at night. 3
Tsuga
Pardon me but I happen to be the proud owner of three copies of Beast Academy 4A Guide, so there, afterschoolers can screw up late night shopping too. And I ordered from AOPS so how that happened is even more confusing. 1
LifeLovePassion
I just ordered Stone Fox from Scholastic. DD put it right next to the copy we own. Thankfully it was one of their dollar books, but still.
GailV
It obviously happened because the forums were down. If the forums are down, what can you do but cruise Amazon late at night? Plus, if the forums had been up, you could've told us all you'd purchased it, and then probably would've had a better chance of remembering having done so. 3
Ausmumof3
Lucky the Australia shipping costs save me from too much of that. I still bought two sets of cuisenaire Rods though...
TravelingChris
I just returned a lot of books to Amazon today. These were books I looked at but had not thought they were ordered. I am not sure what happened because if anything, I would have wanted the books digitally. Should I mention we have two Ancient History books because one was lost for a long time? mamaraby
I bought two copies of Singapore 4A and 4B workbooks this year. I even have a spreadsheet to track these things.
Desert Strawberry
I ordered my 6th grader a Spectrum math book. We had agreed on CTC, but I changed my mind at the last minute. It came, I gave it to him. He informed me he's already doing this book. What? No. This is new! He shows me his book. Same material, different cover. I'm an idiot. I don't have the excuse of having a lot of stuff. We only have one shelf of reserved books, and what we are actually using right now.
