:grouphug: :grouphug: Jean and Liz.

Need to decide if I'm staying at co-op today or just dropping DS13 off.  It is 4 hours of co-op and about a 25-30 minute drive.  DS16 has a baseball game today.

-coffee

-DS16 off to school (half day, they are taking PSATs)

-work out (low impact HiiT)

-shower

-co-op (geometry, literature, physical science, speech/debate) - BONUS:  DH took him

-eyelash appointment at 3 pm - Rescheduled now for Friday

-DS16 baseball game at 5:30

-dinner (no earthly idea, maybe subs or burgers out because of baseball)

Ugh. Just realized that the kids have Model UN late this afternoon and then ds has a golf lesson at the same time as dd's violin lesson, so the evening will be more hectic than I anticipated.

One kid is being a grouch and our internet is not working right again, despite supposedly being fixed by two repair guys the other day. It's now actually worse than it was before they "fixed" it.

A bit of a crazy morning.

I let the kids go to bed after Sky Zone last night, because I felt that studying science on a birthday night was just not right (for them or for me).  As I mentioned yesterday, this test was a surprise; otherwise we would have worked on it earlier.

So this morning, I got them up early to study.  I was also planning to check over one daughter's "corrected" math for her.  Well she still did not understand the assignment and did not check her answers with a calculator.  Also I could hardly read her writing to explain what went wrong.  Not a pretty sight.  There was no finishing in time for the school bus.  I also needed to take out the garbage and was supposed to drive some people to the airport.  Those people weren't ready when they said they would be.  Plus my kids were disorganized.  Ended up not being able to drive the airport people (they drove themselves and parked at the airport).  I felt like a failure, but then I thought, look at all I did accomplish before 9am.  :p

  • Kids up & ready early to study.
  • Help kid with her math.
  • Take out the garbage.
  • Drive kids to school.
  • Send FedEx package for work.
  • Clean the kitchen, bathrooms and some clutter.
  • Cleaned out and updated my wallet.
  • A little reading.
  • Catch up on social media / emails etc.

To do:

  • Work.  I have some goals that are hopefully not too lofty for today.  :)
  • Get that dang personal tax stuff done already.  (Mine and a friend's.)
  • Pay bills.
  • Fill out forms for my kid's medical appointment tomorrow.
  • Scout newsletter.
  • Sign up for parent-teacher conferences.
  • Sign kids up for some stuff - 5ks, AHG pen pals, library book club meetings ....
  • Maybe I could play piano a tiny bit.
  • Kids to math tutor - probably eat on the way.
  • Hopefully walk while the kids do their math.
  • 1 kid to gymnastics.
  • Work in the car.
  • Kid will want to set up her new computer (no school tomorrow).
  • Read-aloud.
  • Kids to bed.
  • Work.
  • Try to finish chapter in my current boring personal reading.
  • Whatever I'm forgetting.
