6packofun
On occasion, my dd22 needs to wear pantyhose or tights (black). She is plus sized and even though she is at the *beginning* of the weight range for the Q+ hose, they are still too tight! I don't understand the sizing!! We both have larger than average thighs--thank you genetics/heredity--so maybe she needs even bigger than that because of her shape? Either way, please recommend some pantyhose or tights (preferably not totally opaque) that FIT a plus size woman!
zoobie
Macy's carries Berkshire: http://m.macys.com/shop/product/berkshire-plus-size-ultra-sheer-control-top-hosiery-4411?ID=521325&CategoryID=55781 They have an opaque style as well. It's been a few years since I've bought any, but I have bought that brand over the years.
Ottakee
I usually buy mine at Walmart (see I am cheap) but go up 1-2 sizes from what the size charts say.
Carol in Cal.
L eggs outlets have two sizes above Queen. They work for me if I avoid the control top styles.
mom@shiloh
Ugh. Pantyhose. I hate how those things squeeze at the waist. I wear a size 8 pants, but I still wear queen size hose to try to avoid that clinching feeling at the waist. Just venting.... Carry on.
4kidlets4me
These are fabulous. They also have them in a more opaque style. https://www.sockdreams.com/big-tights-co-20-denier-tights.html
Acorn
Do you have a Catherine's store nearby? They have a website too.

Farrar
The last pair of tights/leggings I got were Spanx from Target and they had plus sizes and I'm happy to report that they were really comfy. Well, I'm not quite in the plus sizes, but I'm not skinny and I was pleased at how much room they had. They're very fitted but they're the first ones I've gotten in awhile that didn't seem way too small or too big. Target has another brand that has tights and leggings and they have plus sizes and they run HUGE. I got the large and they hang off me, which is pretty comical. Did I mention that I'm not skinny at all? It's funny that anything labeled large should hang off me.
