14 yo got into the community theater summer production of Oliver.  First rehearsal is tonight 7:30-9:30.  For the first one I need to be there to sign forms and such.

- go to job interview (I'm to wear scrubs so I'm pretty sure I already have the job)- done and have the job, I start tomorrow evening

- tidy house- round 1 done

- laundry- in dryer

- dishes- in dishwasher

- dinner- meat pulled to thaw

- baths

- bedtime routine

- anything else I get done- took a short nap with dd2

Still got one more report that was supposed to be done Monday (soft deadline).  Then on to upcoming deadlines.

Laundry...a lot of it.  Have to run my dryer for hours today, as the damp, cool, dreary weather has not allowed my laundry to hang dry properly.  (I have 5 large loads)

Washing more laundry (towels, jeans, darks, lights, more towels), in an attempt to get to blankets and winter coats (which are all single loads) tomorrow.

School

Meeting with Landlord

Finish final tidying of the main floor, so we can get to the actual deep cleaning (this weekend)

More work in the basement (cleaning closet, dh's office -- he's doing that one).

 

We are really trying to get the whole house ready for a big house party on the 13th.  We also have to do prep work for the party food, so I don't want to leave the cleaning until the last minute.  My house is finally getting back in order after the crazy months of fundraising, swimming travel, and holidays.  We have house parties planned for June, July and August, so hopefully we can keep up with everything.  It means getting dh on board with the 5 minute clean-up at night, and 5 minute clean-up in the morning -- we'll be good.

friend take ds home and to church tonight

 

I leave to go to TN to move dd back home for a month!!!

Good morning! One of the lovely perks of our new house is that dh can ride his bike to work. So there is an extra car here. Definitely nice today!

dd1's last class at cc

hang some pictures, if time

Good morning! A perfect spring day here!  Clouding over now. Rain this afternoon and tonight.

Take CSA veggies to my mom

Dd to dance - last class of the year

Walk the dog during Dd's lesson  Nope. We had a major downpour during that hour. Of course the sun came out right afterwards!

 

Church for dinner and children's choir party 

I desperately need to do deskwork, but zero time today. Tomorrow morning, for sure.

Now I have to decide whether to move right on with the next thing or do some filing first ....  Probably both!

We had to come home a bit early from the choir party because Buster was feeling bad. When my people-loving boy curls up on the sofa and won't play at a kite flying party, I know he is sick. Sure enough, fever of 102.8. Ugh!  :sad:  Got him bathed, dosed with tylenol and he was asleep in 5 minutes. Weird, he was fine and then all of a sudden he wasn't. 

 

FT and piano lesson cancelled for tomorrow.
