What do you think is the best English/German dictionary online? Other online helps to learning German?

I like Wordreference.com a lot for Spanish, but the formatting is very different for German on that site and I need a better one.

I would like a site that would give plurals for nouns since that's not very straightforward in German.

Also, is there a website that you like that will conjugate a verb for you? I have 501 German verbs, but sometimes I am just working online.

I am using Duolingo right now and that is helpful, but if there are other sites that you've found particularly useful, I'd love to hear about them.

Danke!

You asked about other online helps.

My dd self taught German by listening to German pop music and translating the words to English.

She also enjoys picking up language bits by watching family cartoons on youtube in other languages (such as Berenstain Bears and Arthur).

It's to her advantage that she is extremely auditory, so these have been very effective for her.
