I'm going to keep watching it even though it's painful, but that seems to be a theme for me this TV season. I doubt it will get a renewal. Farrar Posted October 24, 2015 Share Posted October 24, 2015 I think it's okay. The kids like it. I don't think it's great, but there's been something that made me laugh in every episode. The Swedish chef Gangsta's Paradise was epic good. Also, in that one, when Ed Helms was doing "Don't Stop Believing" - that was pretty funny. I'm also not fussed by the "adult" bits. Some of them are a bit much, but some are funny. Dh, who is a recovering alcoholic, thought the one band member getting what sort of "meeting" he was at confused was really funny. BarbecueMom Posted November 13, 2015 Share Posted November 13, 2015 We stopped watching, but one of the things that was bothering me was the pacing. It's sllllooooow compared to other sitcoms. The jokes are spread too far. The writing is not consistently witty. Guest stars are hit and miss.
