Tammi K
I never heard of it but I think it sounds kind of icky. But then I don't especially like pudding and I really don't like chocolate pudding.
unsinkable
Ummmm... Can't believe I'm going to type this on the forum. Sex in a pan. That's even what my mother called it. But she always blushed when she said it. ;) I'm Canadian. We also have Nanaimo bars and butter tarts. We love our desserts. Oh, boy did this make me laugh! I don't even know why.
unsinkable
My family made it with pistachio pudding, and they called it "that green s***." That's what my (some of my) ILs call pistachio pudding, pineapple, marshmallows and whipped cream. And they always fight about whether it should be served with the meal or as dessert. And that leads to yelling about *the green $hit*... "Aunt Unsinkable, did you bring the green $hit?" "Where is the green $hit?" "Put the green $hit on the table now." "No, save the green $hit for dessert." "Shut up about the green $hit and eat your dinner." "The green $hit is dinner." They are like a PG-13 version of the Herdmans.

KarenNC
That's what my (some of my) ILs call pistachio pudding, pineapple, marshmallows and whipped cream. That's Watergate salad around here. :)
Jean in Newcastle
I never heard of it but I think it sounds kind of icky. But then I don't especially like pudding and I really don't like chocolate pudding. I love chocolate pudding but it sounds icky to me to combine it with other stuff like that. ;)
Forget-Me-Not
My SIL calls it "Million Dollar Dessert". But if my mom is talking about it, she calls it "that layered dessert with the pudding, etc." It's a family favorite around here. I've sometimes made it with graham cracker crust or an oreo cookie crust because my DH doesn't like nuts.
school17777
I brought this dessert to a party a few years ago and one lady wanted to meet the lady who brought it, so the hostess brought her over to me. I told her what is was called (Better Than S*x Cake) and she said, "Oh, it sure is!"
Caclcoca
My MIL calls it Robert Redford. It is listed in her church cookbook from 1997 as "The Next Best Thing to Robert Redford." I had to go look. This thread is cracking me up and making me want dessert.
