Just Kate
I made a low-carb, no bake cheesecake - almond flour crust with a filling made of cream cheese and heavy whipping cream. I ate a slice before bed and just realized I forgot to put it back in the refrigerator. Do you think it's okay to eat or should I toss

Ravin
I'd vote eat, unless there was visible mold on it already.
