swellmomma
Lasagna here means cesar salad, garlic bread, and a fruit pie for dessert. I don't know why but I have a hard time serving lasagna without the rest.

ChristusG
Some sort of pasta. When we have lasagna it's always eaten with salad and garlic bread.
Ali in OR
Garlic bread. Something "ice creamish" for dessert.
MommaOfalotta
Our lasagna meal usually is always paired with salad and garlic bread. If you are looking for something a little different, I would suggest zuccini fries. They are breaded and baked (I dipped mine in ranch) and they are AMAZING. I made them with manicotti and Ive decided they go with italian very well. ETA: I dipped them in ranch AFTER they were cooked :) Before they are just lightly floured, dipped in egg, and rolled in an Italian breadcrumb + Parmesean cheese mix. Baked on wire racks over a pan in the oven. My mouth is watering just thinking about them! YUM!
Laurie4b
If they're already having lasagna and salad, then garlic bread seems to complete the trio. Or you could bring an appetizer or dessert. I would do something light since lasagna can be a heavy meal.
