Exercise Thread ~ 2/17-2/23

I started a gentle exercise routine this week, and I hope to stay accountable by posting here! Here is what I did this week.

 

Wednesday - walking (15 min.) - .71 mile, 70 Calories

Thursday - walking (15 min.) - .75 mile, 72.7 Calories

Friday - walking (15 min.) - .78 mile, 74.5 Calories

Saturday - Yoga for Pregnancy - Program 1 (standing poses)

Ended up being busy all day, field trip until 2:30 and then company until 8:30pm. Workout today, planning on yoga. I had planned on 3-5 days of yoga and am at 2 right now. I hope to get in some circuits as well as I've only done that once this week. I've only walked 1x this week when I hoped for 2-3 but the weather was not near as good as I thought, perhaps next week will be better. I was still sore yesterday though and after a busy day my body was wore out!

Yeah, I wish I didn't know either. We lived in the south for 5 years, I gave away all my turtlenecks and threw away the ice scrapper for the car. What did we get the Christmas we moved back? My dad gave dh an ice scrapper. I still refuse to buy a turtleneck.

 

Saturday: walking 25 minutes, some minor weight lifting as well.
