Michelle My Bell
This spot has been on her foot for over a week. She says it is somewhat painful. I have never seen anything like it. Anyone have any thoughts?
swellmomma
Looks like an infected bite or maybe she had a splinter that got infected? Looks like it is filled with puss. But maybe that is just eh picture. Whatever it is I would be getting checked at the dr
Hunter's Moon
It looks like a plantar's wart to me. They can be painful when on the edge because they scrape against things and get stuck on some things.

blondeviolin
Gonna go with plantar's wart too. My older had one last year. The doc had some medication for it, but it was best removed by salycilic acid and being left covered.
Barb_
How does it feel? If it's an infection, it would be tender, but a wart on the side if the foot like that wouldn't disturb many nerves so would be kind of tough and not really painful if you were to press it gently but firmly. Era: sorry for the run on...I'm on the phone

Era: sorry for the run on...I'm on the phone Thank you so much! That must be what it is. She said it is only painful if she bumps it, not all the time. Ok, now I know how to proceed. Thanks so much everyone!
jen3kids
I recommend cider vinegar and duct tape. It worked on the plantar's warts on my dd's feet. They measured .5 cm and 1cm - yucky! But now they are gone!
Reya
Or salicylic acid wart remover. Twice a day, works like a charm.
