I have got to get help for my OCD.

:grouphug: Do you want some suggestions? Therapy, natural (non-SSRI) suggestions that really work for many people, medication suggestions, where to find an OCD specific therapist in your area?

 

When it's interfering you do need help and OCD can usually be made at least manageable. :grouphug:

I am so tired of obsessing needlessly over unimportant things. It is getting annoying.

 

OCD means something is wrong with your brain. It is an illness; not a character defect.

 

It is usually treatable with either therapy or meds, often both.
