It has been almost a year and a half since such a large break out has occurred - both arms, legs, feet and hands right now. I so do not want a repeat of last time. Remember what a fiasco that was? I do have my epi-pens handy and gave dd a refresher course in their use. I could use some prayer and good thoughts if you'd be so inclined. Thanks. Is it environmental? Wasn't it about a year ago this happened last?:grouphug: ETA: sorry, saw it was yr and a half. YOUR FEET??!!! Sudden drastic (more than 20*) changes in ambient temperature. Most often (due to where I live) brought on by the cold or exercise but it could go the other way to the heat (so it doesn't matter where I live). I seem to have no spots this morning!
