joannqn
Awesome! I'll show my astronomy loving son tomorrow. We had to watch it online thanks to the clouds and rain returning (after a full week of awesome weather) today.

*Jen*
I'm glad that you all enjoyed the pictures. I almost forgot about it tonight and quickly made a pin hole box for the kids and grabbed my camera at the last minute.
bbsweetpea
We used pin hole boxes and watched as much as we could see here in Central Texas. I really wish we had driven to Lubbock (Family lives there) but my husband was not in the mood to drive 7 hours after driving to the coast and back last week. Here are a couple pictures I took. One is behind my son and you can see the light in his box. I also have a photo of my shadow children. LOL We went to the school down the street in order to see past the tree's. Jamee
We had a great view here in Japan, outside Tokyo. Totally full and the clouds provided a great effect. You can also buy special eclipse viewing glasses here. These are the Ultraman ones.:D Not cheap, but well worth it. I'll put them away for the next eclipse. HejKatt
Boston.com's "The Big Picture" has some spectacular photos: http://www.boston.com/bigpicture/2012/05/ring_of_fire_eclipse_2012.html I wonder if there is some filter that makes the colors of the photos so intense.
