yinne
Luann: I researched different textbooks and for the Agribusiness ended up with this one -- http://www.cengage.com/search/productOverview.do?Ntt=203294281514688077941329849049855080862&N=15+4294922413+4294922373+4294961718&Ntk=P_EPI You can look at all their high school textbooks at this link -- http://cengagesites.com/academic/?site=4373&SecID=628 For the commodities side of things I found a Commodity Training Manual that was originally put together for high school ag programs and was made available by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for anyone who wanted to learn about commodity marketing. Here is that link -- http://gpvec.unl.edu/files/Futures/CME%201%20Commodity%20Trading%20Manual.pdf I am also researching some commodity trading games for him to do. Miss Marple
At local university: Fall: College Algebra Microcomputer App. Spanish 1 Spring: Spanish 2 Trig ?government/economics/music appreciation/US history? Home: English credit (mostly derived through literature study and lots of ACT/SAT practice) Physics (not sure what - looking for a dvd based possibly AP level - any ideas - both boys have completed Alg. 2?) This boy is chomping at the bit to get on to college. So the dual enrollment option is perfect for us. I still have some "great books" that I require they read before leaving home so we'll concentrate on those with both boys this coming year. If you have a physics suggestion I would love to hear it. I'm not too interested in doing online physics...I would prefer something dvd based that we can schedule ourselves. With both boys working and taking concurrent classes, our schedule will not work well for a scheduled online class.
