DawnM
that will keep my big fat thighs from chaffing? I want to get serious about power walking again. I don't care if they look good because I will be walking on a treadmill in my own home. The pants I have now are just ok and I can use them for the time being, but curious about some more. I have a very low rise (very short) and most sweat pants and jeans leave about a 2" gap and still allow my legs to rub together. Embarrassing, but true. Desert Rat
Maybe old fashioned bicycle shorts? Or perhaps men's boxer briefs? I wear my dh's sometimes when I do yoga. Not the same as power walking, but an idea.
Ferdie
What if you wore a yoga style that you could pull up high and roll down an extra time. I like Danskin brand and buy them at Walmart. DawnM
I sweat so much in bike shorts! I need a bit more cotton. Men's boxers, do you mean boxer briefs? Boxers do not support thighs. Dawn
DawnM
That is what I have right now. They are ok. I think what I really need are leggings.....now that I think a bit ore about it. Desert Rat
Yes, the tight boxer briefs. They are snug and made of cotton. I agree with the bicycle shorts. I sweat too much, too. That's why I tried dh's boxer briefs. They work for me.
Desert Rat
Leggings would work, too. Also, try a bit of baby powder on those poor thighs. I know how you feel!

LG Gone Wild
http://www.skirtsports.com They are having a clearance sale. No chaffing, super cute, thigh modesty, light weight.
DawnM
Most of those seem to be 90% polyester. I have some poly right now and I can't wear them unless it is really cold out and I don't plan to work out or move much. I just sweat terribly in them. DawnM
I have some. It is good for things like walking in the heat, etc... when I have to, but I really prefer fabric covering for working out if I can at all get it. Dawn Buy some Glide. :)

They are very cooling and comfortable. I live in a hot area.

QueenCat
Tekgear products wick away the sweat from your body. I never have chafing issues with their clothing.
