KungFuPanda
DH is getting rid of our giant bulky flatscreen and replacing it with a slim one. Him and his friend are determined to haul if to the recycling program at the landfill 25 miles away. Goodwill is 4 miles away. Do they accept these. I mean, why pick up the one and CALL Athem when I have The Hive :-)
Excelsior! Academy
No, but I do.:D I think we've donated them in the past.
Alenee
The last time I was there (just a few weeks ago) there was a sign indicating that they DO accept tv and pc monitors.
Dobela
Ours does NOT. However, the SAlvation Army and several other thrift stores in our area do.
Scuff
Put it on Craigslist for $100 bucks and someone will come take it from your house. :)
MaMa2005
Put it on Craigslist for $100 bucks and someone will come take it from your house. :) Our Goodwill does, but I agree with Scuff. We just got rid of three 'old as the hills' televisions on Craigslist. People were fighting over them.
DawnM
Is it an HD TV even though it is bulky? You may still be able to sell it for a decent amount on CL. Dawn
Julie Smith
In our area someone would happily come pick it up from your house. And if it is a half decent tv - give you money for it. :) (I have seen old box tv's with dials instead of buttons sell at the thrift store)

eschuetter
I'm pretty sure ours does... they do not take the big computer monitors, but tvs are ok. However, I agree that you could probably sell it for a little bit on Craig's list.
