specialmama
nothing at all? Just let the laundry, schooling, showering, cooking, cleaning, errands go? Just let it go and pretend it doesn't matter? *sigh* I don't want to be responsible today. I think I am playing hookey.
Impish
I'm writing letters to an editor. Same diff.

kchara
Yep, I'm like that today. Yesterday, too. I think it's the rain. I have to get up and do *something* though. Maybe during quiet time...
eternalknot
I do ... both want to, and literally do (let it go). :) I had such high ambitions for today, but meh - the weather has me feelin' lazy.
elise1mds
I am refusing to clean the house this week. I've told my husband that if he wants me to clean the house, I need an entire week to myself to do it properly. I'm tired of getting it half done and then discovering it all needs to be done again two days later. Phththththth :glare:
MariannNOVA
every.single.day. But the price I have to pay for skipping a day is way too high.:glare: It just all increases at an exponential rate.
Rosie_0801
Yeah, and sometimes I do. Today I am not piking out; merely procrastinating. I haven't much choice, though. There's no way I can make a decent dinner out of brown rice, buckwheat, quinoa, red lentils and a tin of beetroot. I really will have to go shopping... lollie010
Oh yeah. I checked out a few weeks ago. But, I started taking my vitamins again today, so maybe things will improve for everyone.
T'smom
every.single.day. But the price I have to pay for skipping a day is way too high.:glare: It just all increases at an exponential rate. This. Except that sometimes I let it all go anyway. I always regret it. Of course, I really cleaned the house well on Monday because we were having people over on Tuesday.....and now it looks like I didn't do anything. I just HATE how fast it all goes to crap. Yup! Yup! Yup! This time of year reminds me of vacation weather. I think I just want to relax with a cold drink. But, I can't!!!
jenL
Absolutely, and I've been doing nothing much this week aside from nursing my youngest. My house is showing it, and it discourages me how much I now have to do because of my slacking. It's a vicious cycle, and I hate it. Denisemomof4
well if that isn't a silly question, I don't know what is! I don't think there's a person alive who hasn't wanted to just let it all go! I say if you need a break, TAKE one!!!
Forget-Me-Not
Yup. Every once in a while I let the kids have unlimited screen time while I curl up in my sweats with a book and then I inform DH that we are going out for dinner (or getting takeout if I don't feel like changing out of my sweats :D)
