Storm Bay
We have a tape with a song of States and Capitols that we bought from Sing n Learn when we first started (Sing n Learn is still around; they are a vendor.)

KristenR
If you have an iPad you have to get the app Stack the States! So much fun!!!
3lilreds in NC
Scrambled States of America and the game :D (These are so fun!) Star Spangled States from Knowledge Quest - we used the book & the workbook We also used the MFW state sheets to make a notebook, and had a lot of fun with that. We made a poster to go along with it. It looks like they don't sell just the state pages & cards anymore; they are part of the students pages for $20.
Jamee
Yup, agree with the Scrambled States game. Very fun. We also have state shaped wooden puzzles that have multiple layers. The boys enjoyed doing these when younger. We just always talk about the states and learn that way--shapes in crackers.:D
Mert
Seconding (or thirding) The Scrambled States, GeoPuzzles, the Stack the States game. We also watched videos on youtube and played the states games on sheppardsoftware.com (It's free!).

I have a good US puzzle but the capitols are right on the states. I was trying to find something that made them think a bit more about it! :D Thanks for all of the replies! I've got a good list going!

*~Tina~*
Sequence States - hands down! They learn states, capitals and become familiar with the shapes of each as well. The kids play it for "fun" which makes the learning aspect secondary to them :)

We have another that three or four layers (I'm pretty sure it's not this one) not only does it include the states, but also regions as well--these are larger pieces.
