Paintedlady
Have you had trouble with streaming since being able to watch without the disc in? Ours keeps stopping to stream? What? No disk? What is this about no disk?
Mejane
Interesting, our computer is fine, but the Wii streaming is not. We have FiOs. Maybe that's it. We have a 10yo tv with an antenna. ;)
amey311
What? No disk? What is this about no disk? There's now a Netflix channel on the Wii, so you don't have to use the disk anymore.

Brenda in FL
If you download the netflix channel, is there a way to limit access for just that channel? (I'm dreading the day when my guard is down and the kids start scrolling through the netflix suggestions!) At least I can hide the disk (for now!) so that the kids don't have access to it on their own.
Tylianna
I know that they have recently had problems with their instant streaming. Go to their website and you might find a link to click to get a discount on your next month's service.
OnTheBrink
We've had no problems at all.

I'd heard about the disk free download with the PS2 but hadn't heard about it for the Wii. Thank you!

Brenda in FL
Yes, you can use the parental controls to block access. Thanks - I tested this out today- I posted the following on a similar post: I just downloaded the netflix channel and the parental controls on the wii will prevent the channel from loading without a password!! Go to Wii Settings, choose Parental controls on page 2, and then select other settings. Click nest until you get to the internet channel and choose select. The netflix channel also gives you the option to browse for movie titles as opposed to the disk that just made suggestions (the netflix channel still makes suggestions as well).
