So far I've made pancakes and gingerbread. And, I still have a bunch left. I'll do biscuits tomorrow morning. What else can I make with buttermilk???? Guest mrsjamiesouth Posted October 11, 2010 Share Posted October 11, 2010 I have got a bunch of Buttermilk too. I have made pancakes,biscuits, a Spice cake, waffles, and scones. I took the extra pancakes and waffles, wrapped individually, and froze them. When you want a quick breakfast you microwave it or put it in the toaster oven and it is ready.
