Alicia64
It's very cool -- a camera trained on a waterhole on a game preserve in South Africa. It's best to watch in our early a.m. to catch actual animals having a drink of water. Tomorrow is Rhinoceros Day in South Africa! Jen500
Check out wildearth.tv too...they have a live safari twice a day, and you can email in questions to the guide, who will answer live. We haven't watched it in a while, but my kids learned a lot. I think there's also a 3D option now.
jentancalann
I used to watch this a few years ago. I loved it, thanks for bringing it back to my attention.
Mrs Mungo
The board used to watch this one a lot. I will never forget the time a sick baby elephant was temporarily left by its herd. People were so worried!

pqr
Not a live cam but one of the best African wildlife videos that I have ever seen. Edited September 21, 2010 by pqr

Hannah
Tomorrow is Rhinoceros Day in South Africa! Sadly, more than 200 rhinos have been killed in South Africa by poachers this year. They are killed for their horns which are ground into powder and used illegaly in traditional medicine in southeast and east Asia (mainly Taiwan and China). It's tragic that supersitions about the healing power of the horns can lead to such vicious attacks.
