Jenny in Atl
Kinda like, don't put a hot Pyrex pan in the sink and pour cold water on it. :w00t:

Part-Time Homeschooler
Hee hee! I did that once when making fruit smoothies.
Lady Katherine
And if you plan to look down into the blender while you start it on the lowest setting and gradually turn it up.... make sure the "high" switch is not on first.
Laurel
I am the queen of silly forgetfulness lately. My sage advice: When setting out to go for a run, put on your sneakers, rather than your flip-flops. (That was Monday.) If you take the time to make yourself a water bottle, and strap on your super-cool fanny pack that holds it, perhaps you should take your water bottle with you on your run. (That was today.) And to add to it, I forgot to take the kids to gymnastics yesterday.
JWSJ
And don't have your fingers in the blender when you turn it on... My MIL had that problem once...
Ellie
do not hold down the little funnel thingie on the lid of the blender, the one which can be removed, hard enough that you push the darn thing right down into your roasted tomato soup such that you have to throw away that batch. And if you have to replace the funnel after having done that, don't do it again when you're making butternut squash soup. That is all. Amy loves Bud
That's all. This is particularly important when you are making beet soup. Think CSI crime scene.
Mom24bz1g
put the lid on first. Plastic smoothies don't taste very good. M
Quiver0f10
LOL thanks for laughing at me, err I mean with me. It wasn't terrible, but it was shocking and it took a few to get the stupid thing off as I tried to find the right buttons in my panic. Live and learn :D
