Desert Rat
My dh wants me to add UP. We watched it for the first time last weekend and he's still upset about it. I guess it affected him more than I realized and he's not a super sensitive guy. :( Off to give my man some hugs.
nukeswife
P.S. I Love You made me snotrunningdownmyface cry. :iagree: Marley and me was ok, but the book made me sob harder, maybe because I knew what was coming is why the movie wasn't as much a sob it out one for me. I also remember the movie Life with Michael Keaton and that is a good tear jerker too. Edited March 1, 2010 by nukeswife

Jackie in NE
...City of Angels. It was great. Made me sob for an hour. I don't usually care for Nicolas Cage, but I LOVED him in this movie. And Meg Ryan is always good. I've added a lot of the other titles to my netflix queue. Next on my list are PS I love you, and The Notebook. Thanks again, and I feel better now...... sniff, sniff.:crying:
jewellsmommy
I don't think this one has been mentioned: The Painted Veil. This was a great movie! I managed to not cry the second time through.

funschooler5
Just watched one last night, called "Adam", about a 29 yr old man with Asperger's who falls in love with his neighbor. I teared up several times and bawled like a baby at the end.
funschooler5
Regarding Henry. Chocolat. E.T. Shadowlands. Ditto all of those, especially Shadowlands....one of my all-time favorites.
Rosie_0801
Also bits of Fiddler on the Roof make me cry every time!!!! When he sings Sunrise, Sunset...when the second daughter is leaving home...aargh!!! Oh man. That must be the biggest tear jerker of all time. I cried at that bit, and by the time we got to the third daughter I was nearly throwing up from having cried so much! Never again! 'Born Free' gets me every time and 'Iris' dehydrated both dh and I. Laura Corin
Grave of the Fireflies. It was heartbreaking, devastating: a brilliant film that I wish I could forget. I don't recommend it. Laura
