  1. Hi! New here and would love some thoughts! We have 4- the oldest is graduating next week. We homeschooled for many years and enrolled in PS a couple years ago. The older 2 are in public HS, the baby is in Public 4th and then there's the 7th grader. He has slight ADD and was in a hybrid homeschool last year. He really didn't do well and I would like to repeat Math and LA- starting now and then continue on with 8th. I need very user friendly with this one. I was looking at the Teaching Textbooks 7 and am stumped on LA. We have used both Bob Jones and Saxon in the past. I'm open to any suggestions! Thanks!
  2. The Omni at Champions Gate is awesome! They have miniature golf, 3 pools with a slide- super, super nice. Plenty to do there!

  4. I LOVE the otter box defender. I have dropped my phone and it has slid across many parking lots and it is still in perfect condition!
  5. Tricia Yearwoods Crockpot Mac and Cheese is my go too. Super great and easy!
  6. If he wanted us to be there absolutely we would be there. I wouldn't want to wait the extra time for him to get home either.
  7. That's why the rescues and humane societys are full. It's absurd.
  8. I agree with your 2 month trial. Especially if your kids are willing to try other activities. Our 2nd oldest (we have 4) has done competitive cheer since age 4. It has been a huge sacrifice for our entire family, however it is her thing and her whole life- and totally worth it. BUT, if she was not 100% sold on it, we would be done. Try other things- you can always, always go back!
  9. Thanks! Just ordered 3 pair of Jeans for $18!
  10. I didn't have a problem with 30- 40 about gave me a nervous breakdown for a day or so.
  11. That's great! Don't forget that one!
  12. I stretched first thing (I could barely walk in the mornings) and periodically throughout the day. A frozen water bottle is great to rub on it. My husband also would massage my feet almost to tears, but it helped tremendously. It lasted about 18 months.
  13. My kids love going this day! My oldest works there and he said it was crazy but fun!
