And have had the power steering replaced twice the first year, brakes replaced the first year (covered under warranty), some kind of high pitch sound under the hood that seems to have gone away on its own, the transmission is going out, and we got a notice on a recall on the brakes or pads recently. I do have to say though that I was hit buy a large truck going 55 mph, and he hit me while I was sitting still and my two smaller kids and I were fine. He never used his brakes and my car took the full impact. We bought it because of its safety features and I think it held up well.

My ds is watching the videos on Netflix. I believe they are streamlined.

One of the Biggest Loser contestants mentioned in a magazine that she takes fiber supplements everyday to help control cravings. I have been doing that off and on for years. If I take Benefiber three times a day it really helps me feel full (for the most part). It has to do with Leptin and how this hormone helps control your appetite and other things. My 10yo ds would get strep (and sinus infections) several times a year until last year. I gave him 2000 IU of vitamin D3 everyday and he wasn't sick once last year.

I don't think it was cooked long enough. I usually cook a 2-3lb roast for about 2-3 hours when using the oven.
