I don't wear socks from April through Sept/October give or take. I can't stand my feet either hot or cold. They have to be just right LOL. For church I wear sandals or slip on dressy shoes with no hose.
I was thinking of your story when they told me I needed more test. I hope this is the end of test/procedures for me! How are you feeling today? I hope you are resting and healing well. :grouphug:
Thank you everyone for the prayers and thoughts. :grouphug:
They think I have a leak in the bilary ducts-either from the GB surgery or from, I don't know whatelse? So that's why the test. I did find out that the machine they use is not like an MRI machine but rather it comes down from over head. He said my head will be out of the machine and there are windows in the room and very open area. I feel much better knowing that! Also, he said I should be done in an hour.
Southern NH. Beautiful land, no state income tax or sales tax and you can work in VT, NH or MA. Plus the HS laws are easy. You have mountains, lakes, the ocean, tons of history, museums, zoos, aquariums, etc. I miss New England! LOL
We have definitely cut back on things here too and I try to go out only 2-3 days a week if I can. We can't afford the cost of extra activities either. I know my kids would love karate, art and music lessons, dance and voice etc. There is just no way right now.
I do think the point is to go to every meeting and by being more nvolved etc. Is there a way you can do errands on the night he is at CAP? Maybe make that your food shopping/library day?
We are blessed to live @ 5 minutes from the small airport my kids CAP group is at, but I understand!
