  1. LOL I was wondering when that would happen. I feel special now :001_smile:
  2. Excellent idea! Thank you. And the place we vote is less than 3 miles from my house so it wouldn't be a huge hassle.
  3. My 2000th post :D Yes, I need a life.
  4. That is an amazing story, thanks for sharing!
  5. I don't wear socks from April through Sept/October give or take. I can't stand my feet either hot or cold. They have to be just right LOL. For church I wear sandals or slip on dressy shoes with no hose.
  6. Turkey burgers, corn on the cob and potato salad. I am skipping the burger, but am so looking forward to potato salad! Yumm :)
  7. If you have the PNBT too you just about have all the food groups covered. I'd add some strawberries, bananas and choc sauce just to be safe.
  8. Thank you for sharing that, it was beautiful.
  9. I add milk to our scrambled eggs and cheese. Gotta have the cheese :D
  10. I was thinking of your story when they told me I needed more test. I hope this is the end of test/procedures for me! How are you feeling today? I hope you are resting and healing well. :grouphug: Thank you everyone for the prayers and thoughts. :grouphug:
  11. They think I have a leak in the bilary ducts-either from the GB surgery or from, I don't know whatelse? So that's why the test. I did find out that the machine they use is not like an MRI machine but rather it comes down from over head. He said my head will be out of the machine and there are windows in the room and very open area. I feel much better knowing that! Also, he said I should be done in an hour.
  12. Thanks for the ideas. I was thinking between $3 and $4, so I will try $3.50 and see what happens.
  13. Southern NH. Beautiful land, no state income tax or sales tax and you can work in VT, NH or MA. Plus the HS laws are easy. You have mountains, lakes, the ocean, tons of history, museums, zoos, aquariums, etc. I miss New England! LOL
  14. We have definitely cut back on things here too and I try to go out only 2-3 days a week if I can. We can't afford the cost of extra activities either. I know my kids would love karate, art and music lessons, dance and voice etc. There is just no way right now.
  15. I do think the point is to go to every meeting and by being more nvolved etc. Is there a way you can do errands on the night he is at CAP? Maybe make that your food shopping/library day? We are blessed to live @ 5 minutes from the small airport my kids CAP group is at, but I understand!
  16. My family would have a fit if I tried this, but if it were just me I'd do it. No different that cloth diapers and feminine products imho.
  17. I usually buy a box of 45 rolls from SAMS for $17.xx. I bought a box yesterday and it was $18.xx, but only 40 rolls
