I like to cook, but everyday around this time I groan, wondering what I will make for dinner (DH wants to go out tonight. Yay!) I'm a little limited by DH's (milk and wheat) and DD4's allergies (milk). Fish is out for everyone (except me, but I'm not cooking fish for myself only). There are very few *interesting* meals that I can make for all 5 of us. DH cooks for himself a lot, and I often have what he's made for himself. But for the kids it's usually rice or pasta, chicken, and vegetables (broccoli, roasted carrots, or whatever veggie mix I have in the freezer).
