  1. From another Tammy...I threw mine in the trash the day after Christmas...they have no hope in my house. :rolleyes:

  3. King Ranch Chicken here. It's so easy..here's the recipe. 3 chicken breast cooked and diced 1 can cream of mushroom 1 can cream of chicken 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 bag of crushed Tostido's or whatever corn chips Shredded Mexican or cheddar cheese Mix all together top with cheese bake 30 minutes and with salad.. you got a meal. Oh yeah...we had wine with our and the kid's ice tea. Enjoy being snowed in!:D
  4. Could you use gallon size freezer bags and freeze 2 things on a tray at a time, then stack them accordingly. When cooking double the recipe and freeze one large portion for another meal. Does that make sense?;)
  5. Absolutely...I only go to post once a week if I can help it. We have cut down on our traveling a little and started to use the trains here more.
  6. My daughter Jessica just got me a The New German Cookbook...it's awesome. :D
  7. I'll clean bathrooms, laundry and dust, mop and vacuum happily! But I loathe cleaning our dog kennel and her room daily. Maybe because she hates the vacuum. :eek:

  11. Our library is sad here....so once I pick one, I'll have to just suck it up and use it. KWIM ;)
  12. I would definitely look at it. You can't go wrong if it's solid wood..you could always sand and paint it. :)
  13. We have lived in Germany for 3 years almost and just found out we will be staying for another 3 at least. :D I want to learn the language and help my soon to be 5th grader to learn it. Our wonderful German neighbors spoke english and helped me tons, but what if my new neighbors aren't so nice???:eek: I want to be able to communicate better than just a few words. Do I go with Power-Glide or Rosetta Stone...or is there something better? Any advice is welcome! :confused:

  15. I power cleaned the house today, did the laundry and cooked a yummy but easy dinner. The girls are away with friends for the weekend..so it's just hubby and our little man. Tomorrow were going to another post to shop and then home to relax. Awanama...hope you and your family will be feeling better soon!

  18. Pasta, salad and bread with pound cake and strawberries with our movie later tonight. Tomorrow...cinnamon rolls for breakfast, lunch out, dinner will be cold cuts, cheese, bread, fruit and wine.
