My mother has it and has had blood removed numerous times. She doesn't eat red meat or turnip greens and stopped cooking in iron skillets. We don't know how long she had it before being diagnosed, but it was quite severe. She has a little liver damage from it and diabetes.

There is a new law that has been passed that if you are using a state adopted curriculum which has an embedded lesson plan, you can turn that in, and can't be forced to write different plans. TEA says that is a phase in and we can't use that law this year. So, let's squeeze every ounce out of our teachers who already work hours over their contracted time.

No one has already done the work. I can copy and paste, but it will be section by tiny section with my personal computer because I can't get the school issued one to copy and paste.

I spent literally hours during the summer preparing lesson plans. School starts and we get an email with a new revised template. I have to redo all of them. I can't even begin to say how upsetting this is to me. It's the same information with a couple additions, like what we are looking for on each lap around the room. Stuff like this is why teachers leave the profession.

Wen to church and got the message that my grocery order was delayed. Went to eat, still nothing from them. Decided to drive home. Nearly home, and got the message that groceries were ready. Of course. Drive back up, deliver groceries to mother in law, drive home. I'll have my foot up most of the afternoon. It is still swelling pretty bad, and will continue to swell for up to a year. Ill need to come up with a way to elevate while at school, which starts tomorrow..Rest of the day... elevate my foot I could plan some centers try not to nap-need to sleep tonight instead
