Best history study for six year olds?

Recommended Posts

ITA with SOTW. My DD6 is really enjoying it. I get as many of the readalouds as I can from the library for each chapter and put them all in a basket that sits in the middle of the living room. She's constantly pulling from that basket and reading the books. SOTW didn't work for us a year or so ago, but it's working like a charm now. And it's exactly what you're looking for in terms of "Read vol. 1 (ancients) now, then vol. 2 (middle ages) next, then vol. 3, then vol. 4." Between the chronology and the student/activity guides, you'll be all set.
