happygrrl Posted April 15, 2009 Share Posted April 15, 2009 I love Earth Balance. At our store it is both next to the regular butter, and also in the tiny cooler in the health food section. I had to make myself really remember that it was "Earth" Balance & not Smart Balance. Anyway, I didn't see it in the butter section, but I was in a hurry yesterday. When I first went dairy free, I had to buy it at Wild Oats. Then I asked the guy at Kroger if they could get it and there it was! You can cook with it! I dearly love and appreciate earth balance - it has made my life a world easier since we had to eliminate most dairy for my youngest son.
