Suzanne in ABQ
I want to make macaroni salad. I want to use tiny pasta, and tiny diced veggies, and a bit of mayo. But, what seasonings do I use? Thanks.
Parrothead
I skip the mayo and dump Italian dressing on it, then stir.
Anne Rittenhouse
Use diced egg, diced carrot, peas, celery, red onions, and season the mayo with curry powder Forget the mayo and use italian salad dressing Use cauliflower, green olives, celery, and pimentoes, use olive oil and feta cheese Use carrots and celery and Marie's blue cheese dressing, serve with chicken wings. Flavor the mayo with a little lemon and celery seed and some black pepper.

Suzanne in ABQ
But then it's no longer macaroni salad. It's pasta salad! Not what I want. Thanks though!

katemary63
I make a pasta salad with bacon and hard boiled eggs and the dressing is 1/2 mayo and 1/2 ranch salad dressing. I'm sure this dressing would be good on any pasta/ vegie comination.

Janet in Toronto
I skip the mayo and dump Italian dressing on it, then stir. Newman's Own Family Italian is my dressing of choice for pasta salad!
