bettyandbob
I saw wii fit reviewed and I wrote about we cheer. What other games are you using?
Mekanamom
We don't have it yet, but I've got my eyes on the Dance Party... up to 4 players at a time!
plain jane
Mostly Wii Fit here. Dh and I also play Wii Sports but I find that it's less of a workout than Wii Fit. We just purchased Outdoor Challenge today. It's supposed to be good for physical exercise. I hope so, it wasn't cheap! I'll post a review later after we've had a chance to play it. joannqn
I have the same question.
TeacherZee
Some of the games on the Mario & Sonic Olympics have good exercise in them. I played the swimming game at a friends over the summer and I could really feel it in my arms.
Julie in Austin
I *love* Outdoor Challenge and think it is well worth the money, lots of fun, and lots of movement.

Pamela H in Texas
Outdoor Adventure is QUITE a workout!
JudoMom
We have Dance Dance Revolution, Outdoor Challenge, Wii Fit, and Mario & Sonic at the Olympic games. I would say DDR & Outdoor Challenge are the most challenging as far as aerobic activity is concerned. They are all fun, though.
