AngelaGT
My TV is ancient. I would like to stream on some of the apps that are available. Please recommend a small TV or a devise to attach to my current TV. Thanks
alisoncooks
We have an Amazon fire stick which allows us to access Netflix, Hulu, prime, Disney+, etc. It was relatively inexpensive (Black Friday). We'd like to eventually just upgrade to a tv with it all built in (less cords), but it works for now!
I would strongly recommend getting a Roku or fire stick or anything that plugs into the TV rather than buying a smart tv. The apps on a smart TV are unlikely to be updated by the manufacturer for as long as I want to keep my TV, but I'm happy to buy a $100 gizmo to plug into the TV every five years rather than a whole new TV.
rebcoola
We have a smart TV, smart Blu Ray a fire stick and a Roku stick. The Roku works best and has the most apps available.

ktgrok
Also a Roku lover. We've had the fire stick in the past, but prefer Roku.
WendyLady
A Roku is our main coronavirus purchase!! We had been using an older Xbox 360 to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. but it stopped working around Christmas time. I bought a Roku for less than $30 and it is awesome! So many other options (though we mostly use Netflix, Prime, and Hulu.)
