DawnM
Youngest child graduates from 8th grade today! Middle child graduates from high school tomorrow! I am happy for them......sad for me. They are growing way too fast. Middle leaves for college in 2 weeks for a 6 week summer program for new Freshman. He can live in the dorms and get 7 credits and acclimate himself to his new college. 9
PrincessMommy
It's a hard transition time for moms. It's so great to watch them launch, but it's also sad to know they're leaving the nest. hugs. But, congratulations to your sons. I love the 6 week program idea.- and he gets credits... wow.
Scarlett
I am right there with you. My son just graduated. I can't even believe it. He gets up and goes to work every day at 7 or 8 and works 10 hours in the sun like a man. Sniff. He is a man. Mostly. ?

I LOVED summer classes in college! And to live on campus makes it even more fun. But as a mom, I'd be thinking, "No, not yet! I'm not ready!"
Junie
As I was reading this thread, the printer next to me printed out ds17's very last homeschool assignment. He is finished! 1

SarahCB
I know how you feel. Just had our last dinner with dd (22) before she leaves the province tomorrow. This will, most likely, be the last time we ever live in the same province again. Our 18 year old graduates high school at the end of the month. My younger two are going into grade 9 and 11 in the fall. It's really weird to think we'll be down to two kids at home soon.
