Hey everyone!

Breakfast - none

Lunch - veggie burger w/toppings and 1/2 bun

Snack - 1/2 egg and sausage sandwich

Dinner - Hamburger/Rice/Celery casserole and cole slaw

Exercise - it's been a busy day so nothing or 30 min. on bike.

I resumed free weights again 3x/wk

Also, I saw my nutritionist today and she said I lost some weight!  More than 1-2 lbs.  I have a long way to go but it's a start!

How have y'all done today?

Let's share tips, suggestions, advice, recipes, etc.

No breakfast except a handful of almonds due to a morning airport run with mil.

Lunch two cups of salad with lota of veggies and a boiled egg.

Chili is on the stove but never finished cooking because we lost power two hours ago and have not got it back. No propane for the camp stove either so it looks like sandwiches for everyone else and celery, cottage cheese, and more almonds for me.

Didn't have a chance yet to go walking.

Can I join?  I need to improve!

I haven't done any exercise so far except a tiny teeny bit of stretching.

I've been grazing on leftovers and such today.

For breakfast I had a hard-boiled egg and applesauce and coffee.

Lunch - Skinny Pop popcorn and a fruit bar and coffee.

Dinner:  some leftover scraps of Mr. Chicken legs (really just scraps), followed by a bowl of raisin bran since that wasn't satisfying enough.  And coffee.

I may or may not munch on some carrots later.

Faith, did your power come back on?   That can be frustrating.  We'll experience that once in a blue moon during a thunderstorm, ice storm or whatnot.  Once we were without power for 3 days.  Thankfully we had a wood insert stove in which to stay warm!

SKL - welcome.  Glad you're here.

Remember to encourage one another!    Ideas, tips, suggestions, recipes, etc.

For Dinner - lettuce salad, chicken strips (little), couple chunks each of: apple, strawberry, blueberry, salad dressing, etc.

tell me about your foot

Oh, nothing serious, just a flare up of a hereditary toe joint condition (hallux limitus) that is very painful. It will get better, I'll just have to wear orthotics and hard soled shoes. I cannot ever wear heels anymore, but I value functionality more than prettiness and can live with that. I just can't be as active right now as I usually am, because I want to give it rest.

Thanks for asking.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs, tea

Lunch - lean turkey breast on salad

Dinner - homemade carnitas on salad

Snack - homemade jello (I make it with Celestial Seasonings Apple Cinammon tea...so good!).

Exercise - fifteen minute tabata strength, short walk with the kids, pack the van for another leg of the never-ending cross-country move (that is actually almost over).
