jkl
Ds9 loves Hank the Cowdog and Roald Dahl's books. What else is funny? I'm looking to expand his reading selections a bit... Something funny that is not total junk would be terrific!
rutheart
My book club really enjoyed Andrew Clements. We read "Frindle" and "No Talking" and they were both funny and brought up interesting points of discussion about the origins of words and oral communication. Annie Elle
Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing by Judy Blume and the Fudge sequels, Beverly Cleary books, Geronimo Stilson, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, the Horrible Harry Books That's all I can think of right now. ETA- You may consider Diary of a Wimpy Kid books junk, I let my kids read them if they had finished their school reading. I really liked the Robert Clyde Bulla books at that age but they would not be considered funny.
