My first thought was that she had no fashion sense at all. Then I remembered it was Halloween. I'm glad I was in my car because I'm sure my jaw dropped. She had a box around her hanging by suspenders and it said "Free Kittens" on it. Several stuffed animal cats/kittens were attached to it. Very cute!
