I'm looking for some read alouds. I have noticed he seems to like books that are longer we have read James and the giant peach (one of his favorites), My fathers dragon, The Many adventures of Pengey Penguin, and several others. I was wondering what you all would recommend seems like I get some books that are a little over his head, so I was wanting so help. His 4 year old brother will be sitting in when possible. Books Kids Will Sit Still For is another favorite of mine. I also use books listed in the WTM or in the WWE curriculum as read aloud ideas. Lists on websites like Ambleside or Sonlight are helpful.
